You do not have to give Us Feedback, but if You do, You agree that We may use Your Feedback in any way, including to make changes to the Service and for advertising purposes. We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week except for maintenance, upgrades or repairs, but You acknowledge that there may also be events which are beyond Our control, including failures of telecommunications lines, which may cause disruptions in Service. You agree that We will not be liable for or responsible to You for any disruptions or failures in Service.
